We have a unique Personal Training service where ‘we come to you’ with equipment and deliver bespoke sessions that will guarantee results. Our Coaches have been through the SOFit Training academy meaning they are qualified and highly experienced.

Phil Jones – Bio
Phil is a Former Royal Marine Commando with a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals. Whilst in the Marines he helped train 100s of recruits in basic training to extremely high standards. Upon leaving, he entered the world of close protection, looking after the rich and famous. He was often employed as a personal trainer to these clients helping them get in shape. He Set up SOFit a few years after to help people achieve their goals and push themselves to new levels. SOFit is now a multi award winning company in its short existence showing that his passion, drive and skills are a proven formula. He is a L4 personal trainer, L4 nutritionist, coach and mentor to high end professionals and a mental health practitioner. Phil is also a qualified sports therapist which helps him work with clients that may have a history of injures. He also holds a degree in teaching.
His is a specialist in mindset and resilience techniques drawing on his experience in the Armed Forces. He can show you how to get the best out of you, and become a more rounded individual.
His sessions are productive, challenging and ones you won’t forget in a hurry.
